Good, but not very sturdy,
I’ve had these dampers for about a month & I’m glad I waited to write a review. My first impression was that they are great dampers & easy to install. However, after several weeks of use the dampers started to “pop loose”. In order to install, you secure the damper with a screw & then snap it closed into postion. The design is such that the steel casing snaps into a PLASTIC snap which tends to weaken with use–opening & shutting a cabinet door. After a short time, the plastic snap weakens & the damper snaps apart when closing. The only solution is to use two of these per door, which doubles the cost. I wouldn’t purchase this product again & would choose a damper that simply screws into place.

|Soft and Silent, Easy to install, Good price,
I build furniture and do lots of home improvement. I bought these for Oak kitchen cabinets. They Install easily, but you may have trouble pressing hard enough on the screw to keep the Phillips head engaged in a hardwood like oak. I thought I would have to pre-drill in a hardwood to prevent splitting, but there was no problem using the self-drilling screws provided. Of course, it would be easier to screw in with a pilot-hole, but then you have a sawdust mess in your cabinets. I think these may have an advantage over the similar Blum product because the single mounting screw is directly in line with the force from the door. And they adjust easily by hand. I installed some to contact on the compact hinge, and some just above the hinge. So far, I think the operation seems smoother above the hinge, providing a more square contact directly on the door.

So helpful in my cabinets. Don’t have a lot of storage, so this helped make things actually fit better and is now organized. Sturdy for heavy casserole dishes. Great prices, great buy!

This helps organizing the kitchen very well. My 16pc dinnerware fits in these organizers pretty good. Keeps the plates, bowls clean and provides easy access to the zip locks and foils. One drawback is, the foil/zip lock organizer comes with screws that are to be nailed to the closet door which I do not prefer. No one does. So, I bought the little plastic hook with strips that sticks to the door and hung it. (The suction hooks won’t work on a wooden door.)
Other than that, it’s a great product, I would buy another set when needed.

|We got organized!,
I finally got tired of messy cupboards with a bunch of junk (as well as useful things) I couldn’t find. So I searched Amazon for organizers, and got about 3 different shipments. Now the kitchen cupboards are more accessible, washcloths and pillowcases hang separately in their own little basket in the linnen closet, and I even have a some of my computer electronics organized with a surge suppressor in a basket under my desk, with wires threaded through the holes.
